Ubuntu Software Center Usage

Ubuntu is one of the Linux distributions. Unlike Windows, Ubuntu is used in software centers. So what is the use of Ubuntu Software Center? The following small series will give you a detailed introduction to the use of Ubuntu Software Center, together to understand.

The Ubuntu Software Center is the easiest to use, allowing you to install and uninstall many popular packages. You can simply search for the package such as ‘email’ to search for the package you want to install, or browse the given category, select the application, and then press the forward button to the right of the software name to enter the application introduction page. This page will give a screenshot of the application and a brief introduction. Click the “Install" button below to get the license and start installing the software.

Note: You need administrator privileges to use any package manager. Please enter the password corresponding to your username in the prompt box. This means that you won't be able to add/remove apps to your computer without your knowledge (and without knowing the password).
