Making a USB-HDD mode boot disk: The so-called HDD mode is a common hard disk boot mode. When the computer starts, first load the hard disk master boot program, the main boot program looks for the active partition, and gives control to the operating system in the active partition. Therefore, under normal circumstances, generally do not need to convert, as long as the partition is created and formatted, the DOS system is a boot disk in HDD mode. If the current disk is already operating in FDD or ZIP mode, this function can be used to switch back to HDD mode. The specific steps are as follows: First select the USB flash drive or mobile hard disk, and then click the menu "Tools -> Make USB-HDD boot disk" or "Convert to HDD mode", or select "Use the right-click menu to select USB" -ZIP boot disk & rdquo; or <; convert to HDD mode & rdquo; item. The program will display a warning prompt. Please note that backing up important data before conversion. After clicking the "yes" button, the program immediately converts the disk to HDD mode and then asks the user if they want to create a bootable partition immediately. If you click “no”, the conversion is complete and no partition is created. The user can use this disk normally. If you click “Yes>, the program displays the Create Partition dialog box. After selecting the file system type and setting the partition size, click the “OK” button. The program immediately creates a partition, formats and copies the DOS system to the new partition.
