How to uninstall Linux system partition

The system is windows xp sp2 and redhat as 5 dual system, in which the Linux system is installed in the D drive, today found that the hard drive is not enough, want to kill the Linux partition, use Linux in the virtual machine. Just delete the Linux partition under Windows Disk Management (command: diskmgmt). Some people may not understand how to view it. You see that there is an "unknown", you can see it with some common sense, after deleting it. Become an unallocated partition. Create a logical disk.

Okay. Have a disk to start dumping files. I will restart the system for a while. When I press the reset button, I will finish it. The system boot file has not been modified. It turned out to be the linux boot interface, now linux deleted. Take care of the boot error. The result of the boot appeared to be the problem I expected. So do not rush to come up with "system boot repair" & rdquo; smoothly into the system. Modify the boot.ini file in the root directory of the system disk and find that the file does not have linux startup information.

So after booting up to dos, use the command: fdisk /mbr. Modify the disk primary partition table. The system file is missing when restarting. Use the Tomato Garden again to "system boot repair" to enter the system smoothly. After rebooting, I found that everything is fine. It should be noted that fdisk /mbr sometimes makes the system unbootable. Please use it with caution.
