The FTP server uses the port of “21” by default, but you can also change this according to your needs. Port number, if you change the port number to “678” in the service port input box, be sure to note that the port number used cannot conflict with other program port numbers in the system. The network bandwidth resources are limited. Therefore, it is recommended to limit the maximum number of user connections on the FTP server. Enter the appropriate value in the “Maximum number of users” input box, such as “100”, so that the FTP server supports up to 100 users simultaneously. Signed in. In order to prevent some illegal users with ulterior motives from repeatedly trying to log in to the server, check the “Restrict attempts to log in” option and set a reasonable value in the input box to limit the number of repeated logins.

Control & rdquo;, the default port number used by remote control is “8540”, then set the remote management password in the "Password" box. In the “Miscellaneous” column, check the “Use hidden password” option to effectively control the security of the server.

In the "General Server Settings" window, switch to the "Blacklists" tab page (Figure 3). The server has "Accept" & "Reject" There are two ways to set access rules. One is to use an IP address and the other is to use a host name. For example, the FTP server only accepts users who log in to the site with the IP address of 192.168.0.2. The host name of the user machine is RTJ. The specific operation is as follows: Enter ““192.168.0.2” in the “Add Rule” box below. ;, then click the "Accept" button to display the “(+)192.168.0.2(IP)” rule in the "Access Rules" list box so that only the IP address is 192.168.0.2 site can be accessed FTP server, if the site and server are on the same LAN, you can also use the hostname method, enter “RTJ” in the "Add Rule" input box, and then click the "Accept" button to "Access Rules" ” The list box displays the “(+)RTJ(Host name)” rule. The method of denying access to a site is basically the same as above, except that after entering the IP address or hostname, click the <;Reject" button.
