WPS adds a red border to important paragraphs as follows:

1. Select the paragraph that needs to be bordered.

2. Click on the menu bar “Start”——Border ——Border and shading.

3. In the pop-up "Borders and Shading" dialog box, select the "Borders" tab and select "Box".

4. Select the appropriate line type and color in the "Linetype" & "Color” drop down box, as shown.
