How does word2013 make business cards? If you want to make your own business card, word2013 can do it.

The following is a small-word shared word2013 production business card graphic tutorial, if you are interested, you can look at the following.

1. Start Word 2013 and create a new document. Click the “text box" button in the "insert" tab, and select “Draw text box" in the expanded drop-down list. Options, as shown in Figure 1.

2. Drag a mouse over the document to draw a text box, then “size> in the "format” tab> ; set the height and width of the text box in the group, as shown in Figure 2.

3. Enter the text in the text box and set the size and font of the text. The effect is shown in Figure 3.

4. Click on the "Shape Shape" button in the "Shape Tools & mdash; Format" tab of the "Shape Style" group. Press the lower triangle button and select the “No Outline” option in the drop-down list that opens, as shown in Figure 4.

5. After canceling the selection of the text box, click in the "Create" group of the "Mail" tab The "Label" button opens the "Envelopes & Labels" dialog box, click the "Options" button, as shown in Figure 5.

6. Open the "Label Options" dialog box and select "<quo;Microsoft&rdquo" from the "Label Vendors" drop-down list. ;, in the "Product No." list box, select the business card style you want to use, and then click the "OK" button to close the dialog box, as shown in Figure 6. Click the “New Document" button in the "Envelopes & Labels" dialog box to close the dialog box, as shown in Figure 7.

7. At this point Word 2013 will create a new document and The new document creates a table based on the size of the business card you set. Select the created text box and press the “Ctrl+C” key to copy the text box. Then switch to the created label document, click the lower triangle button on the “Paste” button in the "Starting” tab>Clipboard" group, select “Select Paste in the open list ” option, as shown in Figure 8.

8.Open the <quo;Select Paste” dialog box and select “Image in the “Forms" The Enhanced Metafile) option, and then click the "OK" button to paste, as shown in Figure 9.

Here, the text box is converted into an image object for pasting. After pasting, the size can be arbitrarily adjusted without changing the layout of the text.

9. At this point, the text box will be pasted as a picture into the cell, dragging on the picture frame The handle adjusts the size of the image to match the size of the cell. Then paste the images from the first cell into other cells and resize and position them. The effect of saving a document and adding a business card to the entire page is shown in FIG. When you are finished, print the current page to get the business card you need.
