How to use WPS to convert online information into a spreadsheet?

  

This article details how to use WPS to transfer online information to a spreadsheet. Interested partners can take a look.

First, create a new text document, named "student entry information. TXT".

1. Select the relevant information to copy.

2. Paste in a text document.

3. Go back to the website, go to the next page, copy the relevant information, and paste it into the text document.

4. Repeat the above steps until all the information is pasted into the text document.

5. Save the text document.


Second, import the text document into the WPS form.

1. Create a new WPS form and name it "Student Entry Information." Et".

2. Execute “Data”→“Import Data" in the pop-up dialog box, click “Select Data Source" or “Next”.

3. In the new interface that pops up, locate the student entry information. Txt”, open.

4, in the pop-up "file conversion" interface, click Next.

5. In the pop-up "Text Import Wizard - Step 3 of 1" dialog box, select “ Separator (D) & rdquo;.

6. In the pop-up "Text Import Wizard - Step 3 of 2" dialog box, select the appropriate separator, in this case select “space” and click Next.

7. Click Finish in the pop-up "Text Import Wizard - Step 3 of 3" dialog box. At this point, the student entry information is imported into the spreadsheet.
