Steps

First, we open a table with a list of names, and we want to traverse this column of data.

Drag the mouse to select this column of data by dragging the mouse from cell A1 to know the last name.

We click on Edit on the menu bar and in the Edit menu we select Copy.

Just find an empty cell. This cell is the first cell of a row of data we will create in the future. You may not understand it here. You can continue to look down.

Then click Edit on the menu bar and click “Select Paste in the Edit menu to remember to paste selectively instead of pasting.
