Multi-network disk is not messy and easy to manage with skills

There are so many different cloud storage services, such as Dropbox, Google Drive, OneDrive and more. Many users have registered multiple services, but to manage the files in these cloud storage, either they need to log in to the corresponding management page or they need to install the corresponding client software. In fact, no matter which method is used for single management, it is more troublesome. Therefore, we recommend two different multi-network disk unified management methods for everyone today. Cloud Management Cross-platform Some users do not like to install the client, so they are keen on the direct operation of the cloud, and here you can use the MultCloud cloud service to operate. First go to the official MultCloud website, click on "Create an Account" in the bottom of the page to register and activate, and then log in to the MultCloud interface. Although MultCloud is a cloud service developed abroad, the Simplified Chinese interface that comes with it makes the operation more convenient. First click on “Add Cloud Disk” in the list on the left, and then select the cloud disk to be managed in the right management page. MultCloud supports the current common cloud disk, including Dropbox, Google Drive, OneDrive, etc., as well as domestic Baidu cloud and FTP connection management (Figure 1). Take the common Dropbox as an example. Click the Dropbox icon and then click “Next”, set the name of the cloud disk, and then click the “Add Dropbox” button to pop up the login window and enter your own Dropbox account and password (Figure 2 ). After the login is successful, you agree to authorize MultCloud to access Dropbox, and the related settings are complete. In the same way, you can add other cloud disks that need to be managed. The operation of the MultCloud management page is similar to that of the general cloud management page. For example, through the buttons at the top of the webpage, files can be uploaded, downloaded, and newly created. Of course, after selecting a file or folder, there are more operation commands in the right-click menu, including file deletion, movement, sharing, and so on. Sometimes, when the cloud disk is more than one, it is not clear that a certain file is placed in the cloud disk. At this time, using the search function provided by MultCloud, it can search in multiple cloud disks at the same time, and the search result will directly display all the cloud disks. In the file that matches the keyword, you can know the specific location of the file by the name of the cloud disk in front of the path (Figure 3). In addition, MultCloud has a feature that can be operated across platforms. For example, if you need to copy the files in Dropbox to Google Drive, first select the files you want to copy in the Dropbox list, right-click and select “Copy”, then switch to Google Drive's file list, right click and select “Paste & rdquo” It will be fine. Since file copying is performed in the cloud, factors such as bandwidth and system configuration can be basically ignored, and the transfer speed can be completed in an instant, which is much faster than uploading and then more convenient. Clients hosting multiple network drives Of course, not everyone likes to operate in the cloud, or someone likes to manage files through the client. However, the cloud storage vendor's client only supports its own server, so if you want to integrate management, you must use third-party client software. FileGee is a synchronization software. After running, click ““New Task” in the toolbar to select the execution method in the pop-up dialog box. For example, you need to select “Two-way synchronization” as you would a normal client. can. If you just want to upload the files on your hard drive to the cloud storage for backup, then select “ One-way sync & rdquo; Next, in the input box of "Task Name", enter a synchronized task name and click “Next” to continue setting. Next, in the “Source Target” dialog box, click the button ““ Local or Shared Directory” to select the directory where the local system stores files in the pop-up window (Figure 4). After the setup is complete, click “Next”, click the "Cloud Storage" option in the “Target Directory& rdquo; dialog box, and then select the cloud storage name to be managed in the list (Figure 5). FileGee supports common cloud storage management such as Jinshan Express, Baidu.com, Sina Microdisk and Dropbox. Tip: If you want to operate directly in the cloud, then select the “Cloud Storage” option in the “Source Target” dialog box, then select the corresponding cloud storage name in the list and set it. Here, select the "Baidu network disk" item, click on the "Detail Settings", if you are using this function for the first time, you need to obtain access authorization for the network disk. In the pop-up dialog box, click “Add User”, then click “Get Authorization Code>, then it will automatically connect to the authorization page of Baidu network disk. Enter your own Baidu account and password in the web page. After the login is successful, you can see an authorization code. Paste this authorization code into the input box under the “Add User” button, and then click the “Authorize” button to see the authorization input box (Figure 6). Next, select your own Baidu account name from the “Users” list, and then click the button after the “Network Directory” to select the backup file to be stored in the Baidu network directory. After setting, return to the “Destination Directory” dialog box. If the user feels it is necessary, you can also select “Compress the file” so that all backup files will be made into a compressed package and then backed up to relevant. Inside the web disk space. If you want to better protect the security of the compressed package, you can also click "“set password" to add a password to the compressed package. Click “Complete> Confirm the settings for this task, and in the FileGee software's task list, you can see the task we just set. Next, follow the same method to add other cloud storage that needs to be managed. Later, when we need to back up files to cloud storage, first select the task name in the list, and then click the “execute” button in the toolbar (Figure 7). Skip the information bar below the window to see the percentage of file uploads and tips for successful file uploads. When all the files are uploaded and backed up, the software will pop up a prompt window in the lower right corner of the desktop. This is also very convenient because it manages files on the local system and then synchronizes them to different cloud storage. If you want to back up the same file to different cloud storage, then the settings in the "source target" must be consistent. Tip: Because FileGee and MultCloud support different cloud storage, but because they all support Baidu cloud, you can use Baidu cloud to make transitions to achieve other cloud storage data management.
