Office often has a lot of data stored in hundreds of different folders. After a certain period of time, they need to be compressed and archived. Although it is more convenient to compress all the data into one package, or simply not compress the direct transfer, subcontract compression is more conducive to the targeted acquisition and transmission of files in future use. Common compression software comes with commands to decompress multiple archives to different folders at once, but there is no command to directly compress multiple folders, which does not mean that the compression software does not have this capability. Since the compression tools used by everyone are different, and the implementation methods of various compression tools are different, we separately explain the compression tools (including WinRAR, good pressure and 7-zip) which are the most commonly used at present. We chose to compress and back up a catalog of washing machine related data. The goal is to compress each group's data each month into one file. 1. WinRAR realizes batch compression separately. Select all the folders under the washing machine data directory to be compressed in the resource manager. Add the file to the compressed file by right-click menu command “WinRAR→, start “" compress file name and parameter" ;window. Click on the "File” tab in the "Compressed file name and parameters" window, select “ put each file in a separate compressed file & rdquo; check box to compress, you can get the required independent compression Package (Figure 1). Tip: As a data backup, if you want to free up local disk space, you need to delete the original folder after compression. WinRAR does not require human intervention and can automatically delete the original file after the compression is completed. However, this requires an option to be selected in advance, that is, you need to select the "Remove the source file" check box under the "Compressed file name and parameter" setting window in the "General" tab (Figure 2). 2. Press the batch compression separately to open the folder where the washing machine data is stored. Select all the folders of the group and right click on the selection area. In the right-click menu, select “good pressure → add to compression File & rdquo; command (Figure 3). In the pop-up compressed file window, click the “General” tab and select “ in the right column of the window to compress each selected item into a separate compressed file (Figure 4).
