Easily convert date format with WPS form

The author recently imported the information of the town's teachers into the personnel management database through Excel spreadsheet. The headache is that the format of the birth date is different in the following small village reports (Figure 1 ), and to successfully import into the database must be unified into the "0000-00-00" format, do you have to manually modify and then import?
