Keyboard control keys Are you using it?

There are more than 20 control keys identified by English words or icons on the keyboard. If you already have some basic experience in computer operation, you may want to know more about the purpose of these keys! Leaders in the company generally play a controlling role, but their cooperation is also very good. Similar to the company's leadership, there are also such a group of members on the keyboard, which often also play a controlling role. Some of them directly play a controlling role, while others rarely control a single thing, but always seek to work with other keys to control the computer to complete a task. ● Enter key is not just a new line to see this big Enter key, this key we often call it the Enter key. Its basic function is to complete a natural paragraph after a line break when writing with a computer, or to perform this task when entering a command, selecting a menu command or button. But this is only one of its basic uses, and there are many features in its application. Use the Enter key to quickly display the target properties. When you select an icon on the desktop, or select a program or document in the Explorer, if you want to quickly view the properties of the viewer, you don't have to use the right mouse button to call the property command in the shortcut menu. A simple Alt+Enter combination will solve the problem. Use the Enter key to implement Word layout control. In Word layout, you will use the different concepts such as “Line Feed” and “Split” to divide the layout of different attributes. These control symbols can be easily inserted by the combination of the Enter key and the different control keys. Use Shift+Enter to insert a newline character at the cursor; use Ctrl+Enter to insert a page break at the cursor; use Ctrl+Shift+Enter to insert a section break at the cursor. Use the Enter key to achieve the reverse movement of Excel. Usually, we move from top to bottom in the selected area of Excel, and press Enter directly. However, what key should I use to move from bottom to top? In fact, just press the Enter key while pressing the Shift key. Use the Enter key to achieve a new line in the cell. Enter more content in the Excel cell. It is not acceptable to use the Enter key when you want to change the line. You need to use the Alt key to match the Enter keyboard to achieve cell breaks. Use the Enter keyboard to achieve the content input. If you want to enter the same content in a selected cell area in the Excel table, you need to use Ctrl+Enter to input. This will save you the hassle of copying the same content. ● Let the Tab key “jump” and everyone knows that Tab is a tab, such as the one that is empty when you start writing an article. However, it has other functions, such as jumping from the previous style to the following grid in the table, jumping from one project to another in the program interface, and the programmer uses it to format the alignment of the program text. In addition, it is often used in conjunction with other control keys to implement special jumps such as reverse or cross-range jumps. Switch between open projects in Windows, if you open many windows, use Alt + Tab to open a list window, then click the Tab button without releasing the Alt, you can choose the project to open. Switched between. Tab help dialog box in the Windows dialog window, sometimes there are often many tabs, each tab has many items, flexible use of the combination of Tab and control keys, you can freely in these tabs and projects Move between (Figure 1). Ctrl + Tab moves forward between tabs; Ctrl + Shift + Tab moves backwards between tabs. Tab moves forward between options; Shift + Tab moves backwards between options. ● Delete button is not a simple delete Delete means to delete, when you select the content in the editing environment, press this button, the selected content will disappear; when you select a file, press it will move the file Go to the recycle bin. But in actual use, the use of the Delete key is not just about these two aspects. Permanently deleted without the recycle bin If you use the split button Shift + Delete, the selected item will be permanently deleted without placing it in the "Recycle Bin". The permanent deletion here is relative. In fact, there is an advanced method that can be retrieved without repeated data writing. This article will not be discussed. Delete in words. When we edit content in Word, we often use the Delete key to delete a character to the right of the cursor. If we want to delete a word, we often press the Delete key several times or select it. Then press the Delete key. But in fact, just press Ctrl+Delete at the same time, you can delete a word to the right of the cursor. The content that has been deleted to the end of the line is always in the Excel cell. Sometimes the input will be very long. If the current cursor to the end of the line is not desired, you can use Ctrl+Delete to quickly delete the text from the insertion point to the end of the line. ● Two emergency keys for the mouse to fail The Win button is the button that displays the Windows logo on the keyboard. Located between the Ctrl key and the Alt key, there is usually one left and right. The Win key can be used alone, it is used to start the start menu, but often used with other keys. Common applications such as: Win+ D display desktop; Win+ M minimize all windows; Win+ F search for files or folders; Win+ R opens & ldquo; Run & rdquo; dialog; Win+ U opens <;Tool Manager”. The Application key, also called the property key, is usually located next to the right Ctrl key of the keyboard. Its function is similar to the right mouse button function. First select an object on the desktop, then press the property key, you will see, and the right mouse button pops up with the mouse. The menu effect is exactly the same. When the mouse fails, these two keys can be used with great power. ● As you go, the role of changing your own combination keys is not static. The function of the combination keys can change with the environment and is customizable. We can define the features we need to a group of key combinations. For example, we select a program icon on the Windows XP desktop, right click and select “property", click in the "shortcut" box in the "Shortcut" tab of the Properties window, then Press Ctrl+Alt+7, then you can use this key combination to directly launch the program pointed to by the shortcut on the desktop (Figure 2). For another example, in other software (such as QQ) setting center window, the user can also specify a specific combination of keys to perform a specific function. ○ Tip: The three most favorite “Leaders” are the unique characters of Ctrl, Shift and Alt. They love to cooperate with others. They often have to be combined with other keys to work. For example, Ctrl+Win+ F can be used to search for computers. Press Ctrl + Shift while dragging an item to create a shortcut for the selected item. Use Ctrl and Shift in the input environment to switch the input method. Alt and letter combinations act as menu commands. There are many combinations of keys, and thus many functions can be extended. From here you can see the power of the keys on the keyboard, they are not simply a hundred and ten buttons, they are combined and changeable, so the role is endless. ● Fn button on laptop keyboard Almost all laptops have an Fn button (Fig. 3). Fn is a shorthand for the word Function. Its function is to combine with other buttons for control. The Fn key does not play any role in the notebook. It is a pure combination of keys like the Ctrl key. The combination of the Fn key and other keys can be directly supported by the BIOS (this is the practice of most brands). Can be software-level (such as SONY's practice), of course, the most form is now mixed, that is to say, regardless of the combination of keys directly supported by the BIOS can be used in any environment, some combination keys need to be obtained in the operating system Additional software support will take effect. Most Fn key combinations are implemented using the Fn key plus the Esc or F1~F12 keys, but some manufacturers (such as IBM, COMPAQ, and SONY) have some form of letter key combination of Fn keys, and these combinations Most are seen by the average user as "some secrets". The combination of the Fn keys and the corresponding functions are generally uniform throughout the brand. There is only one Fn button in the notebook. The Ctrl and Windows keys in the lower left corner of the keyboard are directly connected. Of course, there are special. For example, IBM puts it on the left side of the leftmost Ctrl key of the keyboard. Some ultra-thin models of Japan and South Korea. I like to design a second Fn button next to the up, down, left and right arrow keys on the right side of the keyboard. In notebook computers, Fn combination shortcuts usually have two functions, one is to achieve hardware adjustment and switching functions, such as screen brightness adjustment, display switching sleep and standby, etc.; the other is to add some standard desktop keyboard There are keys that are not available on the laptop, such as NumLock, ScrLock, and Break settings. PageUp and PageDown are commonly used in laptops with the Fn key E and other key combinations. Some models can also be combined with the Fn key and some letter keys. Implement the function of the numeric keypad. For the sake of intuitive operation, almost all laptops use the Fn keys to print in different colors (most commonly light purple or light blue), and the keys that can be combined with the Fn key are printed in the same color. The icon of the combined function makes it look more intuitive.
