Enable Flash in Modern IE10

In the Windows 8 system, IE is divided into two versions of the desktop and the modern. We will find that some of the website's Flash can be displayed in the IE browser on the desktop, but it cannot be displayed in the Modern version of the browser. So how can I make the Modern version of IE, the unsupported website can also display Flash? First open the desktop version of the IE10 browser, click the right mouse button on the right side of the address bar, and select the menu bar & rdquo; command in the pop-up menu. Then click on the <quo;Compatibility View Settings” command in the <quo;Tools" menu, and in the pop-up dialog box, remove the checkmark from the Microsoft Download Updated Compatibility List" option (Figure 1). This will prevent subsequent setup operations from being replaced by automatically updated files. Then we go to the following directory through the resource manager: C:\\Users\\username\\AppData\\Local\\Microsoft\\Internet Explorer\\IECompatData, where username represents the computer user name of the user's current system. Below this directory you can see a file called iecompatdata, then open it with a text editor for viewing. Find this keyword by using the search function of the editor. When we find the parameters, we can see a lot of website address links, which are the websites that can use Flash. We only need to customize the website address you want to use Flash according to the format of youku.com (Figure 2). After the addition is completed, switch to the Modern operation interface of the Windows 8 system and start the Modern version of the IE10 browser. Move the mouse to the lower right corner of the desktop, click the “Set> button in the pop-up "Push button", and click "Internet Options" in the pop-up settings dialog box. Then click on the "Delete History" column in the settings window and click the "Delete" button (Figure 3). You can use Flash later by visiting the added URL.
