Automatically build your own knowledge system

Some people usually work more busy, but a lot of knowledge or information to collect and sort, there is no time and labor-saving way to achieve automation with some efficient software, the following system home introduces How to build a private knowledge system. As a company salesman, I usually use email to contact customers. So for the collection of data, I am using Foxmail's RSS feed. The information required for RSS feeds can be automatically collected in the Foxmail mailbox. Open Foxmail every day and I will be able to read the subscription information as soon as possible. After launching Foxmail, click on RSS in the left pane, then click “My RSS Resources", select “New Channel", and follow the prompts of the wizard to enter the address and title of the RSS resource. Many websites support RSS feeds, so just find the "source” to subscribe. For example, use IE browser to open http://www.marketing110.com/bbs/forum.php, click the RSS button on the browser to add to the subscription, then right click on the source selection to subscribe to “properties” The window, where the address bar shows the feed, now write down this address (Figure 1). Return to Foxmail's RSS feed page, enter the above address in the subscription address bar, and open Foxmail→RSS later, I will automatically receive the subscribed RSS news. For interested information, you can open it directly in Foxmail. Salesperson resource recommendation (all support RSS subscription): Marketing Forum: http://www.marketing110.com/bbs/forum.php Weinan Marketing (Marketing Expert Blog): http://fjwzq866.blog.163.com/Manager Network: http://www.sino-manager.com/tabs_361.html Knowledge storage, sharing is also automatically through the above methods, I can easily collect a lot of information in Foxmail every day, of course, these are just online information, useful The information needs to be saved locally and organized, and shared with colleagues and friends. These operations can be automated automatically with Wiz and Skydrive. Since many colleagues in the company are using Win8 system, the choice of knowledge preservation is the system integrated Skydrive network disk, so that the local knowledge saved in this way can be automatically synchronized to the Skydrive network disk, and it is very convenient for sharing among colleagues. In addition, Skydrive has an iPhone and an Android client. You can also access shared content directly from your mobile phone or tablet even if you are on a business trip. First install the Skydrive client, then log in to my own Skydrive network disk, create a new "Shared Data" directory, right click and set it to "Share", and then enter the company's colleague's Skydrive account as a shared user. . After the colleagues log in to their Skydrive network disk, they can see the shared directory in "Share", and they can view the shared data when they open. The operation of the tablet and mobile phone is similar. After completing the above sharing settings, go to http://www.wiz.cn/index.html to download wiz. After launching the program, select the “Personal Notes & Rarr; Folder” folder in the left pane, right click and select “New Root” Folders & rdquo;, in the open window, follow the prompts to create a "my knowledge system" folder, specifically for downloading and saving the materials collected by yourself (Figure 2). Click on Wiz in the upper right corner & menu; menu → option & rdquo;, in the open option settings window, switch to "data storage", click & ldquo; change & rdquo;, set the Wiz local storage data location to “ C: \\ Users \\ The current user \\Skydrive\\shared data", which is the new shared directory on the Skydrive network disk (Figure 3). Since Wiz is installed by default, it will be integrated into the browser's right-click menu. When I open the page with the required information in Foxmail's subscription mailbox, if you need to save the information, just right-click in the Foxmail window and select “Save to Know”. Just fine. Then click on the “Save Text” box in the open save window (can be selected, full page, plain text, and also remove the image), etc. It can be placed in the “My Knowledge System” folder. In order to facilitate future management, you can also add specific tags according to the collection of specific information (Figure 4). The selected data is saved by default in “C:\\Users\\Current User\\Skydrive\\Shared Data\\Data\\Wiz Account\\My Knowledge System”. Below, Skydrive will automatically synchronize, so save it in local data, even if I am on a business trip. It can also be accessed by any computer connected to the Internet. Of course, colleagues can also share it through sharing, which makes it easy to automate the collection, storage and sharing of data.
