How to solve these common computer problems

In the process of using the computer daily, there will always be a variety of problems. So how did these problems arise? How to solve it? The following system home summarizes some of the most common problems in everyday use and shares some common computer puzzle solutions. Why the computer has become so slow Specific symptoms: slow boot, slow operation, slow program running Many friends encounter this phenomenon, after using the computer for a period of time, whether it is booting, system running or program running slow down a lot. Why is this happening? The following solutions are given for the above symptoms. 1. The reason why the boot slows down and the boot slows down is mostly due to the installation of many software self-starting loading (including regular startup and background service startup). Solution Use the system configuration utility. After starting the program, switch to “Start”, cancel all unnecessary startups from self-starting, then switch to “services>, check “hide all Microsoft services&rdquo ;, remove all non-Microsoft services (Figure 1). 2. System, program running slower System running slow is generally caused by insufficient system available resources, there are two main reasons. On the one hand, there is not enough free space on the system partition, and the system partition generally reserves at least 1 GB of free space. Usually, many people like to install the software directly in the system partition, plus the system to continuously download the upgrade patch, the space of the C drive is easily exhausted, resulting in slower system operation. Solution: Uninstall unnecessary applications, or try to use the system's own "Disk Cleanup" component to delete junk files, scan the program after running the program, and then selectively delete the scanned files (Figure 2). On the other hand, the available resources are insufficient due to the background program that the system is currently running too much. Too many programs running can cause the system to run out of memory, causing the system to run slower. Workaround: Use the Task Manager to terminate processes that consume more CPU and memory (Figure 3). There are problems with the Internet. The specific symptoms: the network speed has dropped a lot, the Wi-Fi connection can't access the Internet, and the IE pop-up window is always encountered. Everyone often encounters such a network problem: obviously their network is 10M, why is the download speed only tens of KB? Yesterday, I used Wi-Fi well. How can I not get online today? When I booted into the desktop, I was hit by pop-ups from time to time. 1. The download speed is reduced. The network bandwidth is limited. Now the bandwidth of domestic ADSL users is mostly 2M, 4M, and 10M is also very popular. In theory, the download speed can reach 240Kbps, 512Kbps and 1.2MKbps, respectively. Not enough. In terms of the Beijing 10M network, an average of 800Kbps is good. In addition, many network programs used daily, such as Thunder, Pea Pod, PPS, etc., will host a large number of processes in the background. These processes also consume a lot of bandwidth, which directly causes us to download and browse the webpage slowly. If you suspect that your network speed is down, you can first test the network speed. If the speed of the test is much different from your own bandwidth, you can use the system's own resource monitor to end the network process. Click “Start →Run”, enter “perfmon.exe”, start the program and switch to "network", here lists all connected network programs in the current system, hold down the Ctrl key to select more You need to connect to the network process, then right-click and select "End Process" to end the unwanted network processes in batches (Figure 4). 2. Wi-Fi connection error Wi-Fi Internet access, many times it has been successfully connected to the hotspot, but the system has been unable to connect to the Internet and become an unrecognized network. Everyone knows that Wi-Fi Internet access is a form of “wireless network card + router + external network cable”, which can be connected to a Wi-Fi hotspot only to connect to the router. The cause of this kind of failure is mostly caused by the fact that the router is not connected to the network. For example, many users sharing the network will only open the router if they access the network, but this problem will occur if the ADSL cat is not turned on. For the Windows 7 system, its built-in diagnostic component can be well solved: click on the connected hotspot, then click on “Diagnostics” in the open window, the system will easily find the problem, follow the on-screen prompts to solve the problem. (Figure 5). 3. Encounter IE pop-ups Nowadays, many games and shopping websites force advertisements through pop-ups. If they encounter desktop pop-ups, they are mostly caused by malicious plug-ins downloaded from these websites. The solution is of course to use security software to check and kill. If it can't be deleted, you can also use privileged methods to prevent IE from running, so that the pop-up window can't appear, and you can use Sogou and other IE core browsers to access the Internet. Open C:\\Program Files\\Internet Explorer, find iexplore.exe right-click and select “Properties, Advanced” to set the IE ownership to the current user. Then switch to “Security/Edit” to delete all users in the group and user list, so no one can run IE, which naturally solves the operation of IE popup (Figure 6). Why the hardware can not use the specific symptoms: the network card is lost, the sound card has no sound, the hardware is obviously not faulty, but after the crash, it is inexplicably lost, the hardware used is good. Under the premise of eliminating physical hardware failures, most of the causes of these failures are caused by software problems. 1. The hardware is lost after the crash is restarted. Now many motherboards have a protection mechanism. In case of power failure or abnormal crash, it will automatically load the BIOS default security settings at the next boot. This security setting will shield USB3.0. , built-in network card and other equipment. So many friends will find that the hardware is inexplicably lost after the restart, in fact, it is temporarily blocked by the BIOS. The solution is to enter the BIOS settings, set “Onboard LAN Device” to “Enable”re-open (Figure 7). 2. Sound card has no sound If there is a fault, in the premise of eliminating the physical fault, the cause of the fault is mostly caused by the loss of the driver file, such as a virus, misoperation by itself, or damage to the key driver file caused by the crash. The driver check and update can be completed by the driver wizard. It automatically scans all the hardware devices of the machine after it starts. For the device lacking the driver, just click “One button to download all the drivers” to fix the driver failure (Figure 8). In general, if the hardware failure is caused by software, the general solution is to first enter the BIOS settings to see if the BIOS has identified the correct device. If it can be identified, then enter the system device manager to view the hardware driver. Whether it is installed correctly, this will solve the soft failure of most common hardware.
