[Answer]: The solution to this problem is as follows:
(1) The software does not currently support the LAN through the proxy network, please do not use the proxy Internet access in the LAN.
(2) Uninstall 3721, Internet Assistant, Yahoo Assistant and other network plug-ins.
(3) Turn off the firewall or set the firewall to the PPlive allowable state. If you are installing the "Jiangmin" firewall or "Oriental Guardian", please upgrade the firewall to the latest version. If the upgrade is not successful, temporarily close the firewall or Reduce the level of defense.
(4) If the operating system is Windows XP SP2, try to install the "xp2 connection number patch" program, generally like the Thunder and other download software with the patch.
(5) In the main window of the software, select "System Settings → Connection Settings → Maximum number of simultaneous connections" to reduce the number of connections.
(6) If it is an old version of PPlive, it is recommended to upgrade to the latest version.
