Turn thousands of listeners into radios

There is no built-in radio function in Thousands of Listening, but we can use its URL address playback function to add it ourselves. The method of obtaining the online broadcast network address is very simple. Just log in to the website of the relevant radio station and click the “listen online” function to get it through the “attribute” of the player, and most of the addresses are not encrypted.

Then, in the main interface of Thousands of Listeners, click “Add/Add URL” to copy the obtained online broadcast address. After confirming, double-click this address to listen.

Recording Real-Time Broadcasting

When you want to record a radio program, you can right-click on the radio station address you are playing and select "Convert Format" to configure the parameters of the recording file.

In order to minimize the volume of the recorded file, you can select "WMA Encoding" in the "Output Format", continue to click the "Configure" button, select "96Hz" in the "Constant Bit Rate" and confirm the exit and return. Go to the "Convert Format" screen.

Because broadcast programs belong to streaming media broadcasts, most of them are pure voices, even if you play music, you can't compare them with the quality of media such as CD. Therefore, in addition to specifying the directory in which the recording file is stored in the "Target Folder" in "Options", other parameters can be kept as default. Finally click on the "Start Conversion" button to start recording.

It is now possible to minimize the recording and playback window. When encountering an advertisement, click on the Thousand Listening icon in the system tray to activate the window. Recording, then click the "Continue Conversion" button to record, and click the "End Conversion" button when you want to end recording.

From now on, whether it is a ball game or a concert, the player can record and save it freely. If you want to improve the compatibility, you can also save it as MP3 format, so it is OK to listen to it in the MP3 player!
