PPLive buffer 100% non-playable solution!

  

If you encounter 100% non-playing, please refer to the following solution:

1. Download and install the client above 1.2.35 ( Currently the latest 1.3.11A test version)

If you have not solved the problem, please do the next step:

2. Check if the player version is windows media player 9 or better (preferably 10) or real Player 10 and above, not install wmp 9 or above (preferably 10) or real 10 and above.

If you have not solved the problem, please do the next step:

3. In pplive customer Select: Control -> Settings -> Network settings, see if the settings of the two connections are too large. If it is too large, please change the small points, such as 10, 30 respectively.

4. Check the firewall installed on the machine. It is found that "Panda Guard Titanium Edition 2004" will cause the pplive buffer to be 100% unplayed. Disable or uninstall the firewall; (If you find that it is caused by a firewall, please specify the software name and the version currently in use, we will test and improve, thank you ~!)

5. Enter in "Run" "dxdiag" and make sure to check the DirectX version. If the version is lower than 8, please install the high version. DirectX 9.0c is recommended.

6. Do not use the proxy:

1) Please check the browsing. Whether the tool (such as IE) is set as a proxy, [Tools]-[internet option]-[Connect]-[LAN Settings] Remove the checkmark;

2) Please use the WINDOWS MEDIA PLAYER tool--options- - Network - Click on the HTTP protocol, select the configuration, choose not to use the proxy.
