When using Outlook 2013, if the attachment size exceeds 20M, you will receive a warning that it cannot be sent, exceeding the attachment limit. In Outlook 2010, this attachment limitation is also available by default. Considering that I am not using an Exchange mailbox and are not affected by the Exchange policy, I try to modify it according to the way Outlook 2010 is improved:
