Foxmail adds four attachments in Windows under the method of

The latest version of Foxmail has greatly modified the original program, and has a new look at the interface and functions. However, the author found in Windows 2000 and WindowsXP that the attachment files could not be added to the attachment bar in batches by drag and drop (the English information prompt file does not exist, as shown in Figure 1), and one by one is too Trouble, how can we solve this problem? The author has three methods for your reference:

1, increase the attachment method

I do not know everyone noticed No, there is a toolbar below the menu in FoxMail's “Write Mail” window. There are some commonly used buttons on the toolbar, there is a button button (see Figure 2). After clicking this button, a standard will pop up. Windows opens the dialog box. At this point, we can select the desired file in the window, press the Ctrl key to select discontinuously, and press Shift to select multiple files in succession. If you want to select all files, then You can press Ctrl+A, and we can also manage files by right-clicking, such as copying, copying, deleting, etc. (see Figure 3), which is very convenient.

2. Right click on Send Method

There is a SendTo file in the Windows folder. Folder (note that Windows 9x and Windows Me are in the C:\\Windows\\sent to folder, and in Windows 2000/NT/XP under E:\\Documents and Settings\\username\\SendTo, such as E:\\Documents And Settings\\韶亚军\\SendTo), when we right click on a file in the Explorer, select the "Send To" menu and its submenu will appear, as long as we are the main execution of FoxMail 4 in this folder. The file FOXMAIL.EXE creates a shortcut. In the future, we select multiple attachment files in the Explorer, then right click the mouse and select “Send to”\\“FoxMail” (as shown in Figure 4) in the pop-up menu. All selected files will be added to the attachment bar (Figure 5), just fill in the recipient address, subject and letter content to send.

3, compression package method

FoxMail on Windows2000, Wndows XP, Windows NT The attachment cannot be placed in batches because the number of attachment files is greater than one. Since this is the case, we only need to copy all the attachment files to be delivered to a temporary folder, and then package them with WinZip or a compressed folder. To a ZIP file (and must be compressed with the folder information if necessary), and then directly drag and drop to FoxMail's attachment bar, which compresses the file, reduces the capacity, and facilitates centralized management of the file. Why not do this puzzle?

4, mouse drag and drop method

Windows users should be familiar with drag and drop operations. Sometimes dragging and dropping with the mouse can often have unexpected effects. In fact, as long as we drag and drop multiple files into the FoxMail shortcut icon in the Explorer (this shortcut icon can be in any location, of course, it can be placed on the desktop for convenience). Then these multiple files will be treated as attachments. The next thing to do is to fill in the recipient's address and subject and the contents of the letter.
