Find out that Outlook can't send emails

Outlook Express is probably the most used mail delivery program. Since its birth, various application skills have been tapped by computer enthusiasts. Now we offer a few more.

First, the mail does not work

There are many reasons for the unsuccessful mail sending. If it is only due to a mail server error, the following solutions can be used.

In general, many friends have several different suffix mailboxes, such as [email protected], [email protected], etc. For the convenience of description, the [email protected] server is faulty and [email protected] is working properly.

1. If the two mailboxes are under the same logo, double-click the email that cannot be sent. Under “Sender”, select [email protected] and click “Send”. If there are a lot of emails to do this, it is very troublesome.

2. If the two mailboxes are under different logos, you can solve them as follows.

First, point the storage location of the two IDs to the same folder, and go to another logo (the mailbox is [email protected]), you can see the previous logo (the mailbox is XXX@ Mail under tom.com). Then, open the Outbox and move the undeliverable message to the Drafts box. Finally, open the Drafts, double-click a message and click Send. The messages in the Drafts box will automatically go to the Outbox (as shown) and, more importantly, the sender. Will automatically change to [email protected], this is exactly what we need, mail can be sent.

The biggest benefit of this method is that it is extremely efficient when dealing with multiple emails.
Second, Outlook Express can not start

When there are multiple identifiers, from one logo to another logo, if the action is too fast, you may see that Outlook Express is not open, double-click Outlook Express shortcuts on the desktop also cannot be opened, and sometimes an error report is received saying: Outlook Express is open and cannot be opened again. I am using Windows XP system, I have encountered this problem many times, and I have not been able to solve it by switching to different versions of Windows XP. What is the reason for this?

Originally, Outlook Express was indeed open, but we couldn't see the open window. But after pressing the "Ctrl+Alt+Del" key combination, you can see one or more processes under the "Process" of the "Task Manager": msimn.exe. After ending these processes, Outlook Express will open normally.

Third, open the attachment

In Outlook Express that comes with Windows XP, the default setting is not to open the attachment. To open an attachment, the hook before "Cannot save or open an attachment that may have a virus", but after doing so, it is equivalent to let the attachment with a virus drive straight into it.

If you only want to open individual attachments, you can open or accumulate attachments by clicking on the email with the attachment and selecting "Forward".
