2. Open the ".htm" file in IE browser, and then select "File → Save As" in the IE menu bar. In the pop-up "Save HTML Document" dialog box, the user will " The save type is set to a text file, the "language option" is set to "user-defined", the file name can be the original file name, and the "save" button is clicked to complete the encryption operation of the text file.

Later, when other users open the text file encrypted by the above method, only a bunch of garbled characters can be seen. So what if the user needs to open the original file (ie decryption operation), what should I do? Very simple, add a " " mark at the beginning of the garbled text file and save the text file as a ".htm" file, then open it in IE to view its real content.
