Remove a sent email

Send an email using your inbox or Outlook, and everyone will do it. Then, if the content has been sent incorrectly, can it be withdrawn or replaced with a new one? The answer is yes, but two conditions must be met: one is that the recipient must log in and use the inbox or Outlook, and the other is that the recipient has not read the message or has not moved the message out of the "box". The specific operation is:
1. Click the "Mail" on the Outlook panel or the "Show hidden folder list" button in the Inbox.
2. Click "Sent Mail".
3. Open the message you want to recall or replace.
4. Click "Remove the message" in the "Tools" menu.
5. To withdraw the message, click "Delete unread copy of the message". To replace the message with another message, click "Delete unread copy and replace " with new message, click the "OK" button, and type a new message.
6, to understand the success or failure of the withdrawal or replacement of each recipient's mail, please check the " tell me whether the withdrawal of each recipient is successful or failed " check box. When this box is checked, the mail withdrawal failure will be listed in the "Inbox".
To replace the original message, you must send a new message. Otherwise, the original message will be withdrawn.
