How does win10 prohibit automatic installation of applications?

Since win10 adds the functionality of the app store, it has great permissions, so some users will find that their computer will install Microsoft's own app for no reason, even if the user does not open the windows store, it will automatically start the relevant service download in the background.
The following are prohibited methods:
1. Press the key combination <;Windows+R” Open the run box and enter “regedit”;
