First, clear all windows update cache
1, press Windows + X, select “ command prompt (admin) & rdquo;;
2, enter: net Stop wuauserv, enter (here will remind the service to stop);
3, delete C: windowssoftwareDistributionDownload and all files in the DataStore folder;
4, enter again: net start wuauserv, enter (here The reminder service is turned on);
5. Finally, in Windows Update, try to check the update again.
Second, confirm whether the windows update & BITS service settings are turned on
