What to do if the win10 sleep function is gone

  
No sleep function can be found in the control panel or the Modern settings page. The cause of the problem may be the group policy configuration problem.


note that due to Windows10 Home Edition system does not contain the Group Policy feature, so this method applies only to Win10 Professional /Enterprise Edition.
