After upgrading win10, wireless wifi or wired network often dropped, how to do

If you can eliminate the problem of the router itself, it may be that the network card itself has a problem, such as the energy saving settings.
What should I do if the wireless wifi or cable network is frequently dropped after upgrading win10?
1, right click on the start button and find "Device Manager", click to enter, as shown below ——

2, find the network adapter, in the problematic Ethernet card or wireless Right click on the network card and select "Attributes" (or double-click the network card), as shown below ——

3, click on the "Power Management" tab, uncheck "Allow the computer" Turn off this device to save power & click OK, as shown below ——

If it is due to power management options, the network should be able to solve the problem. If the problem persists, it may be caused by other devices such as routers, then you need to check the settings or drivers of these devices.
The system comes with "troubleshooting" (right click on the taskbar network icon, select "troubleshoot" & rdquo;) to confirm what is causing the network problem.
