Specific method:
1, first I have to open the control panel of the system, if you have already opened, you can skip to step 5.
If you are a new system or don't know how to open the control panel, please follow me: right click on the desktop, then click "Personalize”.

2. In the "Personalization" window, click on the left side of the "Themes" and click on "Desktop icon settings".

3. In the pop-up "Desktop icon settings" window, select "Control Panel", so that "Control Panel" is displayed on our desktop.
