Win10 Explorer does not display the method of recent search records.

After searching in Win10 File Explorer, the system will save the search history by default, which will cause some users to worry about leaking privacy. Fortunately, Win10 provides a setting to turn off this feature, let's see how it works.
Operation method
First step, press Win+R key combination, enter “ldped;gpedit.msc” in the running command input box and press Enter.

The second step, in the local Group Policy Editor interface, in the left panel, expand "User Configuration" -> "“ Management Template" -> "“ Windows Components" -> “ File Explorer & rdquo;, click to select, double-click in the right window and double-click "Show the display of recent search entries in the Windows Explorer search box".

The third step is to close the display interface of the recent search item in the Windows Explorer search box, click to select “Enabled”, click the bottom to confirm the exit setting interface.

It should be noted that when this setting is turned on, the system will not display the corresponding search suggestions during the search. If you want to know how to clean up the search history of the hyperlinks, you can refer to the tutorial "Quickly clean up Windows8 search history".
