Win10 9888 Chinese garbled how to do?

The Win10 test user upgraded to the 9888 version number and found Chinese garbled characters, and the fonts were ugly. In fact, not only Build 9888, the English version will be like this. How to deal with it? This is related to the input method settings (see System Home "How to Change the Default Input Method for Windows 10"). The Chinese Simplified and Traditional Chinese, local, and default input methods in the input method settings are all related to the encoding. If the setting is wrong, garbled characters will appear.

1. Do not control the display language during installation, but be sure to add the Chinese input method.
There are 3 lines when installing.
The first line should be the language only English is not selected
The second line should be the regional selection Chinese Simplified (xxx). The area is sorted by initials and pulled directly to the beginning of C. It is easy to find.
The third line of input method, the Chinese default pinyin is selected,
that is, you only need to select the second line as the Chinese simplified area for the mainland.
2. If it is already installed, go to the control panel and add the Chinese input method, and change the settings such as the locale and time format to China.
Win10 garbled, one of the reasons is that the information about the font settings in the Windows10 registry is incorrect, such as the region determines the text encoding, the encoding interpretation is wrong, there will be garbled.
