How to lock the "Recycle Bin" to the Win10 System Taskbar

How to lock the recycle bin to the taskbar:
First, right click on the recycle bin and lock it to the start menu; then, open the start Menu, find the recycle bin, right click and select “lock to the taskbar”.
Although I can't understand why Microsoft doesn't provide the "Lock to Taskbar" option directly in the recycle bin right-click menu, but instead detours the start menu, but there is better than nothing.
