How does Win10 close the browser to send user access history by default?

Win10's official installed capacity has exceeded 75 million. While being praised, the issue of its privacy collection is still controversial.
Not long ago, we gave a special blocking tutorial to avoid Windows 10 leaking privacy by turning off the switches visible in the foreground. Of course, some technicians said that even with this, Win10 will still work with Microsoft servers (ssw) on a regular basis. Connect and communicate, such as with a random machine ID code.
According to Softpedia, Win10's default Edge browser will send your access history to Microsoft by default, which is also acknowledged in the official privacy FAQ.

Specifically, send access history from "Cortana" and "Page predict" two functions, if you mind, please enter Edge Browser - settings - Advanced settings, close off "Let Cortana in Microsoft "Help me in the Edge" and "Use page prediction to speed up browsing, improve reading and optimize the overall experience."

Of course, all of this is that you believe Microsoft is "honest man." However, the author's view is that from the moment we touch the net, absolute privacy will cease to exist.
