How to enable SATA hard disk AHCI mode under Win10 system?

SATA hard disk has AHCI mode enabled to speed up the reading, but to open AHCI mode, you must set AHCI mode in the BIOS before installing the system. If the BIOS is not set, the system will not boot. Is there any way to open the AHCI mode of the SATA hard disk under Win10?

may be open AHCI reference to the following step, this method does not require modifying the registry:

1, first, adding to the security mode Win10 system boot menu.

2. Restart, check if the menu has been added normally, and try to enter safe mode to make sure it can enter normally.

3, restart the computer, press the keyboard shortcut to enter the BIOS settings. Different brands of computers enter the BIOS settings differently, generally F1, F2, F10, Del and other buttons.

4, find the hard disk controller mode setting option in the BIOS (find the setting options including SATA, IDE, AHCI), change the hard disk mode from IDE to AHCI.

For example, when a computer starts, press F1 to enter the BIOS, then select Devices→ ATA Drives Setup→ Configure SATA as→ AHCI, as shown below, and finally press F10 to save and exit the BIOS.

1, restart the computer to save your changes, be sure to note here into safe mode.

2. After successfully entering the safe mode, restart the computer and select normal startup. Under normal circumstances, it can be started normally. At this point, the hard disk mode is switched from IDE to AHCI.

Use the above method to set up, no need to reinstall the system, under the Win10 system, you can switch the SATA hard drive from IDE mode to AHCI mode. Interested friends can try it.
