How to backup and restore the registry

  

By changing the registry to change some settings, it is often used in Win10, such as unlocking the new Win10 clock application. Back up the entire registry

Open the Registry Editor, select the root computer & rdquo; in the list on the left, then click the “file” menu, select “export&rdquo ; Figure:

Choose a good location to save, enter the file name, click on the & ldquo; Save & rdquo; button to backup the registry as a reg file.

Another way is to back up an item in the "export registry file" window in the "export scope" & rdquo; select & ldquo; all & rdquo; can also back up the entire registry.

Back up an item in the registry (a branch)

But the registry is very large, and you only modify the items, so there is usually no need to back up the entire registry, just Back up the one you modified.
