A recent netizen encountered a problem with Win10 prompting that the username and password are incorrect. I don't know what happened. According to the description of the netizen, after the Win10 boot prompts that the username and password are incorrect, when you click “OK”, the welcome screen will display two identical accounts for you to choose, as shown below.

In fact, the reason for the above problem may be caused by changing the name of the computer when you set up Windows 10 to automatically log in.

Workaround

1. Select any account in the welcome screen and enter your password (or login and password);

2 After successfully entering the Windows system, press “Win+R”;

3, enter netplwiz in the window (or enter control userpasswords2);

4, checkmark “ To use this computer, the user must enter the username and password (E) " and click “ Apply & rdquo;;

5, then turn it off, uncheck it. The system will then resume normal automatic login.

A friend who has a problem with a Win10 account, try it.
