Win7 notebook quick connection to expand another display method

  
1, of course, you must first connect the external display to the laptop, then right-click on the desktop blank to select the "screen resolution" option;

2 In the appearance window of the changed display, click the drop-down button behind the multi-display to select the "Extend these items" item, and then click OK to save.

3. After the setup is completed, open the PPT on the Win7 notebook, and then drag the PPT window to the edge of the notebook display, and you will find that the window will run to the external display.
4. You can also select “Multi-display” in the resolution setting window, or you can quickly switch by pressing the Windows+P shortcut.

Tips: Multi-monitor supports win7 Ultimate and above. If you are still a home version, you can upgrade to the flagship version. Most laptops now have a VGA port, just connect the monitor to VGA. Port, Win7 will automatically detect the new display.
