"My recent documents" on the WIN7 computer always show empty

Method 1,
1, first enter "ldedit" in the run dialog box, open the registry, and then expand to the "HKEY_CURRENT_USERSoftwareMicrosoftWindowsCurrentVersionPoliciesExplorer" ;
2, then find the “ClearRecentDocsOnExit” key value in the right side of the window and delete it directly, then exit the registry.
Method 2,
1, run “gpedit.msc”, press Enter to open the group policy, and then expand "User Configuration - Management Template - Taskbar and Start Menu";

2, then find on the right side and "Do not keep records of recently opened documents", "and clear the recently opened document records when exiting"; these two items are set to “ not configured & rdquo;
