Change the title of the command prompt window under Win7

In the win7 system, usually the default title of the command prompt is the system path plus the file name. For example, in general, the title of the command prompt window is "C:WlNDOWSsystem32cmd.exe", as shown in Figure 1. Can you set the title to the text we want?
