How does Windows 7 Device Manager?

  
If you want to know which hardware devices are installed on your computer, the best way to do this is to use Device Manager. In addition, users can scan newly added hardware in Device Manager, view driver installations for each device, and even change some of the device's advanced settings as needed.
The following 3 ways to open the device manager in win7.
(1) Click the "Start" button, right-click on the "Computer" option, and select the "Manage" option from the right-click menu, on the left side of the Computer Management window that appears. Click the <quo;Device Manager” option in the tree view.
(2) Click the “Start” button, use the right mouse button to click the “Computer” option, and select the “Properties” option from the right-click menu. In the system properties window that appears, click Click the <quo;Device Manager” option in the task list on the left side of the window.
(2) Click the “Start” button, type “devmgmt.msc” in the search box, and press Enter.
By default, Device Manager will display all by type. Equipment, as shown in Figure 1. Click on the icon in front of each type to expand the device of that type and view the specific devices belonging to that type. Double-click each device to open the properties dialog for this device. Right click on the specific device, you can directly execute some related commands in the pop-up right-click menu of Windows 7 Ultimate.
If you want to view the device of this machine in other ways because of special needs, you can select it under the “View” menu. The device manager can use the device and resources according to the type and connection. Display, as shown in Figure 2.
