Workaround:
1. Turn on the computer---C drive --- User (or “Users”) folder, open the current login system using the user name corresponding folder, in the "Lenovo" user name example, find the "Desktop" folder. (You can also press the Windows key and the R key at the same time to enter “ %USERPROFILE% ” directly open this folder)

2. Click the “desktop” folder, then hold down the left mouse button. Drag & ldquo; Desktop & rdquo; to the left & ldquo; Favorites & rdquo; area. As shown below, when you drag to a valid location, you are prompted to automatically create a shortcut.

3. At this point, the "Desktop" shortcut has been re-created, you can click this icon to test whether the current user "Desktop" saved file. Shortcuts operate similarly under other usernames.
