Windows 7 CD-ROM does not read the disk, automatically pops up the solution

  
In Windows 7, many CDs are not recognized and opened. This problem is caused by a function in Windows. Enabling may result in the inability to browse the open disc directory, only the autorun program or the autoplay media file. If it is not available, disable this function to solve the problem. This problem is especially serious for discs you burn yourself. Or the CD-ROM drive does not read the disk, double-click the drive letter prompt: Please insert a CD into the drive.
The solution steps are as follows:
1. Win+R Open the "Run" window, enter Services.msc OK, or click “Control Panel"——“System & Security"——“Administrative Tools”——“Service”, Open Local Service Manager
2. Locate the following services:
Shell Hardware Detection (notify for autoplay hardware events)
3. Double-click this service and set “Startup Type" to “Disable” and click below&ldquo ;stop” button.
4. Restart takes effect
