"Error 1719" solution when installing software on Win7 system

  
Installing Office 2010 under Windows 7, the result appears "Error 1719: Unable to access the Windows Installer service. This can happen when the Windows Installer is not installed correctly. Please contact technical support for assistance. ”
This error message is clear because of the Windows Installer problem, the solution is as follows:
1, first enable the Windows Installer service. At "Start -> Run -> enter Services.msc”, open the “Services  management interface. Find the Windows Installer service and set the "Startup Type" to Auto, and click on the Service Status “Start” button.

2, then find the cmd.exe file under C:WindowsSystem32, right click and select “Run as administrator>;

3. In the command line window, enter:
regsvr32 msi.dll
and press Enter, the prompt "DllRegisterServer in msi.dll has been successful",
4, re-install Office software again. In the same way, installing other software encounters "Error 1719" problem, and it is also solved.
Note: If you run the regsvr32 msi.dll command, the following error occurs:

module“msi.dll” is loaded, but the call to DllRegisterServer fails, the error code is error code 0x80040201
then should There is no error caused by insufficient permissions when running as an administrator.
