Step 1:
1, click “Start”->“Control Panel”->“Change keyboard or other input method”->“Change keyboard”.

2, open the "language bar" tab, click to select "dock on the taskbar" and press "ld"; OK & rdquo; exit.

Step 2:
1. If the problem persists, or if the “Language Bar” is gray and unavailable, please click the path C:WindowsSystem32 to find the ctfmon.exe file; double-click to run, the language bar will appear. If it still does not appear, please repeat the settings in step one.

Open “Start”->“All Programs>->“Start”. Check to see if the shortcut has been added?
