Win7 window runs to the far right screen

Sometimes when some windows double click or do something, the window runs to the far right, that is, the program goes outside the screen. At this time, no matter whether we use the mouse to run outside the screen to pull, or the task management to maximize the program can not pull this program back.
When we move the mouse to the right side, we find that unlike xp or normal, when the mouse moves to the far right, it stops at the screen and can't move out of the screen, but now it finds that not only can the program be moved outside the screen. Even the mouse can be moved to the screen. This kind of situation is generally the reason for the system setting. You can solve it by setting it to normal as described in this article.
