First enter "ldedit" in the search bar of the start menu, open the registry editor, navigate to HKEY_CLASSES_ROOTCLSID{323CA680-C24D-4099-B94D-446DD2D7249E}ShellFolder
Add permissions

Right-click ShellFolder, select Permissions->Administrators, check the "Complete Control", and then double-click Attributes in the right pane, change a0900100 to a9400100, restart Explorer to remove the favorites.

Other settings are similar, as long as you find the corresponding registry key changes. The registry key for the library is HKEY_CLASSES_ROOTCLSID{031E4825-7B94-4dc3-B131-E946B44C8DD5}ShellFolder, and b080010d is changed to b090010d.

The registry key for the family group is HKEY_CLASSES_ROOTCLSID{B4FB3F98-C1EA-428d-A78A-D1F5659CBA93}ShellFolder, which changes b084010c to b094010c.

The registry key for the network is HKEY_CLASSES_ROOTCLSID{F02C1A0D-BE21-4350-88B0-7367FC96EF3C}ShellFolder, which changes b0040064 to b0940064.
