Remove windows7 extra boot menu

When installing windows7, it overwrites the original windows XP system. There is no formatted system disk. After the installation, the system displays XP and WIN7 dual systems. Every time you enter the system, you will choose between XP and WIN7 systems. How can you enter WIN7 directly? Both methods:
