U disk installed WIN7 installer can not locate the existing partition, and can not create a new system partition

I recently installed WIN7, after the disk is written, always prompted "Installer can not locate the existing partition, can not create The new system partition & rdquo;, thought a lot of ways, can not always solve, and later after multiple search, finally installed the system last night.

I use the U disk to install the system, because my CD-ROM drive is not good, sometimes I can't read it, and sometimes I can read it out, so I thought of using a USB flash drive to install the system. Of course, your computer
has to support the U disk to start, the following begins to talk about the process, the Internet can find a lot. Now I summarize my processing as follows:

1. First, prepare a USB flash drive with more than 3J, because the WIN7 system installation package has 2.8G, and the USB flash drive will be taken up after being made into a PE boot disk. About 200M space;

2. Find a U disk boot disk creation tool on the Internet, and make the U disk into a boot disk with PE.

3, before the system is not reinstalled, you can first copy the contents of the WIN7 installation disk to other disks on the computer, do not compress, directly copy from the CD and put it in the logical partition (usually In other words, the logical partition is, except for the other drive letter of the C drive. If you want all the grids, repartitioning is also possible, then you should first copy the WIN7 installation file to the U disk.

Note: You must first make the U disk into a PE boot disk before you can copy the installation file. Because you are formatting the USB flash drive when you start the USB flash drive.

4, now insert the U disk, start the computer, enter the BOIS settings to boot from the U disk, or use the shortcut keys to select the boot from the U disk (the shortcut keys for each brand of computer to select the boot mode are not necessarily The same, here is not detailed, pay attention to see the boot screen prompt is; there is one, you must first insert the U disk, then start the computer, otherwise the computer will not recognize the U disk), then there will be a startup option, We chose to enter the PE system and waited for 1, 2 or 2 to enter the PE system.

5, ( This is the most important step, to solve the aforementioned problems
) Now, we find the location of the WIN7 installation file (not all the re-partition is in you Reload the system in front of the drive letter, all re-partitioned, of course, can only find in the U disk), after finding the WIN7 installation file, we open the folder, the three files inside (clip) BOOT, BOOTMGR, SOURCES are copied to the root directory of the C drive in the computer (note that it must be copied to the root directory). Then enter the CMD window of the PE and enter the following command: <;C:\\boot\\bootsect.exe /nt60 C:
”(Note, exe and /nt60 and C: these three There is a space separated by
). Then press Enter, then there will be a successful word prompt (there may be a picture flashing quickly, too late to see; it is also possible to directly in the CMD window last
prompt successful words).

6. Now, our first step installation is complete. Restart the computer, unplug the U disk, boot from the hard disk (not surprising, it is booted from the hard disk), and then appear in the WIN7 installation import file "White Road", the bottom of the screen; then appear in the WIN7 installation welcome interface, select the region , language, keyboard, click & rdquo; next & ldquo;, & lsquo; select the partition (note, you must not re-plated, or you have to repeat step 5), select the C partition, click & rdquo; next & ldquo; (At this time, there will be no prompts & rdquo; the installer cannot locate the existing partition, nor can it create a new system partition ……“), install OK.

7, the system automatically installs, collects information, copies files, installs functions, and completes the settings. Then the machine will restart. There will be two startup options. One is the Windowns setting to start, so how do we remove this? Enter the system, enter the CMD running DOS window as an administrator, enter msconfig to open the system configuration dialog box, select the [boot] tab, here you can set the system to select the waiting time, the default is 30 seconds, you can set it yourself; You can also see the two startup options that appear at startup. You can delete the Windowns startup settings, make sure to exit, and OK, please choose carefully.

8. Now, you can install your own driver and other application software, anti-virus software, WIN7 system installation is completely OK.
