How to add a shortcut icon for a network connection on the Win7 desktop

  

The popularity of computers has reached thousands of households. With the rise of the Internet era, we have begun to have certain requirements for network broadband. When ADSL cats and computers are ready:

1. Click Start to open the Control Panel (as shown below)

2. Click on the network and internet (as shown below)

3. Open the Network and Sharing Center to view the network status and tasks (as shown below)

4.Click to set up a new connection or network (as shown below)

5. Select the first item: connect to the internet, click Next (as shown below)

6. Select to set up a new connection (as shown below)

7. Select Broadband (PPPOE) (as shown below)

8. Enter the username and password provided by the telecom operator, and check the password and allow others to apply the connection. Click on the connection (as shown below)

9. Then Will display the connection is successful (as shown below)

10. Repeat steps 1, 2, 3, open the network and sharing center, click to change the adapter settings (as shown below)

11. Find the broadband connection, Right click to create a shortcut (as shown below)

After the above illustrations, now on your computer desktop, the long-lost broadband connection icon is already displayed on the desktop!
