1 how to find the system sound (the speaker) icon in the lower right corner of the desktop message bar, right-click it in the pop-up menu, locate and open the [Play Device] menu;

2, then pop up a "voice" window, locate and right-click to select [speaker] in equipment inside the box, select and open the first item [] speaker configuration menu;

3, the left side of the new window select the "audio channel" surround box [5.1], and click Next;

4, uncheck all options in the new interface left "optional speaker" menu, go to the next step;

5, the left side of the new interface, uncheck the "surround back speaker" (this is not the same as a 2.1 channel equipment), the next step;

6, and then proceeds to completion [configuration] interface, Click Finish to close the window.
