How to make/replace the Win7 system folder icon?

In order to facilitate file management, we will create multiple folders in the Win7 system to classify files. But if there are more folders, we will find that the folder names are different, the others are the same, which not only affects the appearance, but also affects the speed of finding the target file. How can I make a personalized folder icon? ?

Production method:

1. This is the folder where my green screenshot tool is located. I want to change it to a skin. I can recognize it at a glance and make screenshots. Remember.

2, the material we need is a & ldquo;.ico” icon file, of course, if you like, you can download it online, or use other formats to convert to ".ico"; icon file.

3, find the good material, and then the operation. First right click on the folder and select the "Properties" option to enter the "Properties" window.

4. Switch to the “Customize” column and select the “Change Icon” item under “Custom Icon”.

5, the system icon is of course not needed, click the "Browse" button, and find our prepared “.ico” icon file, select it.

6. Return to the “Change Icon” window and click “&” to confirm the selection.

7, then, our folder has changed a lot, and more than a few personalized icons, always look better than the same.

Now that we have changed the folder icon to what we like, but there is one more thing to note at the end, that is, it is best to put the icon file of the previous <;ico” icon in a specified file. Clips, other replacement icon files are also placed here, if the icon file is accidentally deleted next time, the new style of the folder will be invalid.
